What is it?
You are not a student, but you need a temporary place to stay because you have to spend one or more weeks in the Rheingau region for work, because you are looking for an apartment in the area, or because you want to explore the Rheingau region at your leisure.
Then our single apartments could be the right solution for you.
Single occupancy: 5 nights from just 490 EUR.
Size And Location
The size of the serviced apartments is approximately 30 square meters and are spread over two floors. Please note: There is no elevator. We cannot guarantee a serviced apartment with a view of the Rhine.
Facilities
All serviced apartments have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, and small oven. Of course, they also have a private bathroom, a large TV, a queen-size bed (140x200), a desk with an office chair, and a small sofa area.
Services
In addition to all ancillary costs, the price also includes all kitchen equipment, including glasses, cutlery, and crockery. The serviced apartment is cleaned weekly and the linen (bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels) is also changed. All serviced apartments are non-smoking.
Exclusive Services
As our guest, you can use the entire 700 square meter public area, including the sun terrace (approx. May to September), as well as our reception service during opening hours.
A MIELE laundry center is available for a separate fee.
Reservation And Stay
Binding reservations can only be made here via our booking platform*. Arrival is possible Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Outside these times, you can check in independently without contact. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
