Can we make a reservation as a group of roommates?

No. Our apartments are designed exclusively for one person.

How many people share the kitchen in the boarding house?

A maximum of 13 people can use the kitchen.

When do your contracts start?

Our contracts always begin on the 1st or the 15th of the month. For example: If you arrive on the 18th of the month, the contract begins on the 15th.

Is there a way to do laundry?

Yes, there are washing machines and dryers in the main building. You can use them for a separate fee.

What kind of amenities do the kitchens in the serviced apartments have?

The kitchenettes in the serviced apartments feature a spacious refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, a microwave with grill and bake functions, and an exhaust hood. Cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. are, of course, already provided.

Are there any costs not included in the price?

Depending on your residency status, you may have to pay a TV license fee. This currently amounts to 18.36 EUR per month (as of 2026). Otherwise, all costs are included.

Is a security deposit required when signing the contract?

No, we do not require a deposit. However, once the contract is signed, the first two months' rent must be paid in advance immediately.

Are there parking spaces?

There is plenty of free public parking available around our building. If you would like a guaranteed parking spot at the building, you can rent one for an additional fee of 50 EUR per month. Availability is limited.

What is the difference between the more or less expensive apartments?

Otherwise, the apartments differ mainly in size. The amenities are similar, with a few minor differences due to the size of the rooms. Some apartments have their own terrace or balcony.
